Choosing the right diamond can feel overwhelming, especially when you want to be confident you’re selecting the best possible stone for your budget and priorities.

Our Diamond Concierge service is designed for those who would like personalised, one-on-one support throughout the diamond selection process.

What our Diamond Concierge includes

  • Personalised diamond searching using our advanced internal tools that allow us to narrow down on a larger set of filtering options
  • Carefully curated shortlists (not overwhelming endless options) that match your precise requirements and budget
  • Tweezer videos of up to 5 diamonds, where helpful
  • Professional guidance on cut quality, value, and performance
  • Clear recommendations to help you decide with confidence

This service is ideal if you:

  • Would like help narrowing down the best option (not just more options)
  • Want tweezer videos or professional insight before purchasing
  • Are time-poor and value professional guidance
  • Are designing a custom piece or milestone jewellery

The Diamond Concierge service is $200 AUD and is fully credited towards your purchase.

This fee:

  • Covers the time and expertise involved in sourcing and reviewing diamonds and providing tweezer videos, holds and personal communications
  • Is fully credited toward your purchase if you proceed
  • However, it is non-refundable if no purchase is made

How it works

  1. Contact hello@facetlane.com.au and we'll start the discovery together
  2. Share your preferences - the more information, the better (budget, shape, size, colour range, clarity, timeline) via the online form we'll send you - this helps to find the diamond that suits your goals best
  3. We collate and review suitable diamonds from our global collection
  4. You receive a curated shortlist and expert recommendation
  5. Aditionally, you may wish to request tweezer videos, ask questions, place 24-hour holds on diamonds and ultimately build confidence in your decision (tip: some of the best diamonds will usually sell quickly, so we recommend quick communications at this stage).
  6. When you are ready, we'll finalise the purchase and deliver your new diamond

Prefer to browse independently?

You’re always welcome to explore and purchase diamonds directly via our website. Our Diamond Concierge service is simply an option for those who would like personalised support and sourcing. You are still welcome to ask clarifications based on diamonds you have found (ie, is this an OMC, what country does this diamond originate from, and similar). However our diamond search service, tweezer videos and hold requests are reserved as part of our Concierge service (the fee of which is fully credited towards your purchase).
