Frequently asked questions

Yes, for Australian customers, loose diamonds can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. A $100 AUD restocking fee applies per diamond, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately no returns are available for international orders. Created rings or jewellery are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Absolutely. Every diamond sold is independently certified by GIA, IGI or GCAL. You'll receive official certification paperwork with your purchase.
